HR BUSINESS PARTNER (SPAIN)

Missió

Supports leaders in achieving business growth and development through appropriate HR initiatives and programs. Coordinates the development and implementation of Corporate, Region or Country HR policies, campaigns and programs for all companies of the Group in Spain. Controls the compliance with country regulations and policies. Contributes to Group, region or Country transversal HR or business projects. Coordinates the country's compensation, employee benefits & relocations. Insures HR communication (from business, group or region)

This position is the main interface with EMEA corporate and country HR team.

 

FUNCTIONS

• Act as a real Business partner to the various leaders based in the country
• Monitors local compensation programs, including performance appraisal to determine and establish a competitive wage and salary structure and pay policies. Supports payroll as required
• Coordinates employee benefit programs
• Support Operation Director and management with HR contributions and initiatives that include recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee development and succession planning in strong cooperation with the Talent Management Platform EMEA
• Develops and maintains HR policies and procedures that comply with country laws and are consistent with corporate philosophy.
• Fosters employee relations and labor relations that result in a positive work environment and high employee morale
• Manages or assists, as required, with facility health and safety programs
• Supports and advices to operational management on HR issues and conflicts
• Manages the locations communications to employees

 

Imprescindible

• Master's degree in HR or College or University degree
• 5 years HR experience preferably in an operations environment of an international company
• Catalan, Spanish and English both spoken and written perfectly

Preferible

• SAP
• Residence in Osona or bordering regions
